We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at support@selvri.com.
If your return is approved, you’ll be asked to send the product back to our return center. We will provide detailed instructions on how and where to ship your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If the item is correct and not damaged, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will review the case and resolve the issue.
In these cases, we will cover all shipping costs related to the return or replacement.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Customized or personalized products (such as special orders)

  • Personal care items (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the product you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without providing justification.
As above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
